The Selection Process

We use a discrete, focused process to find and qualify successful candidates through research, our extensive database, and our industry expertise and contacts. Our professional staff meets regularly to review search progress and to refine each search strategy with particular attention to quality control.

  • Every candidate is extensively interviewed by at least two ERI senior staff members.
  • References are checked thoroughly and play a major role in rounding out candidate profiles and determining who will be considered.
  • We prepare a detailed Candidate Summary for your review, consisting of occupational data and our professional evaluation of each candidate.
  • We work with you throughout your interviewing and decision-making process, remaining as involved as you wish.
  • We keep lines of communication open with all active candidates to ensure that they are constantly aware of the current status of the selection process and kept interested in your company. We will, under your guidance, inform candidates who are eliminated during the process.
